With Instagram Automations, businesses on Instagram can efficiently manage their Direct Messages (DMs) through a chatbot. To enable this feature, ensure your Instagram Business Account is connected to a Facebook Page.
For seamless integration, Instagram Business Accounts must activate the connected tools toggle under message control settings to enable ChatBotBuilder to manage Instagram messages effectively.
