This feature enables the seamless transition of a conversation between bot and human. In simpler terms, it allows you to toggle between live chat and bot interaction. When a conversation is transferred to a human, it is exclusively handled by a human agent with the bot temporarily disabled to ensure a personalized touch.
You can transfer conversation to Human or Bot from Inbox
You can transfer conversation to Human or Bot from the Contacts section
To disable/enable live chat for one or multiple users in the contact section follow the steps below.
Step 1: On the Contact section, select a user by clicking in the checkbox.
Step 2: Click on the 'three horizontal lines' button and select “Transfer conversation to human” or “Transfer conversation to bot” on the drop-down menu to enable/disable live chat option to single/multiple users.
