Ice Breakers provide a way for users to start a conversation with a business with a list of frequently asked questions. Your users will see questions related to your business instead of the generic “Get Started” button. We recommend you to use the Icebreaker feature.
It will help the audience to start a conversation with your business.
To create an ice breaker for your business, Navigate to Menu > Settings > Channels (Messenger/Instagram) > Conversation starter and click the “Edit” button.
Input your business frequently asked questions and add a response accordingly. After inputting the question and adding the response flow, click on the + icon to add and click on save on the top right.
