Telegram Business can seamlessly connect with ChatbotBuilder AI to create a cohesive and interactive messaging experience for your subscribers. With this integration, you can automate responses, manage live chats, and interact with your customers directly from your personal business Telegram account.

Setting Up Your Telegram Business with ChatbotBuilder AI

To get started, you need:

1. A ChatbotBuilder AI account.
2. An active Telegram Premium subscription.

Step 1: Configure Your Bot in BotFather

1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather.
2. Type /mybots to see a list of your bots and select the bot you want to configure.
3. Click on Bot Settings > Business Mode and turn it on.

Step 2: Link Your Personal Telegram Business Account

1. Open your Telegram app and go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Telegram Business > Chatbots.
3. Enter the bot’s username or link, and click Add.
4. Choose whether your bot will have access to All 1-to-1 Chats or Selected Chats Only.

Step 3: Sync with ChatbotBuilder AI

1. Log in to your ChatbotBuilder AI dashboard.
2. Go to Channels and click Telegram.
3. Provide the required information, and click continue.

Managing Conversations and Flows

Once connected, your Telegram Business messages will appear in ChatbotBuilder AI's Channels section. You can:

• View and reply to private messages.
• Set up message flows triggered by keywords or specific interactions.
• Use the Business Profile Contact condition to filter subscribers you have manually added.

For an enhanced experience, we recommend disabling auto-replies directly in Telegram by navigating to Settings > Telegram Business > Greeting Messages, and disabling Away Messages.
